Senator Kelly requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                     
SENATE BILL NO. 225(HES) "An Act relating to credits against                   
certain insurance taxes for contributions to certain educational               
institutions; and providing for an effective date" be taken up.

CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 225(HES) was before the Senate on                       
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL
